At Beatpackshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio gear and electronics. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
